Brighton Music Hall
Brighton Music Hall is my favorite place to see live music in Boston. Small and intimate at half the size of Paradise, you can see your favorite bands up close. Pro Tip : Go with the bottled beer; the taps haven't been cleaned in a while.

Paradise Rock Club
Brighton's larger brother at about 1,000, Paradise has seen some of the best names in music. It continues to get great bands coming through. The pillars are a bit of a pain, as they block sight lines but it's still a great place to see a show.

Sinclair
The Sinclair is a great place to see a show. The newer venue means cleaner site lines and the acoustics are good. It would be my favorite but I don't seem to line up as well on the music as I do with Paradise or Brighton. The Sinclair is about the same size as Paradise. There are more food options in Cambridge
